• Rates start at £400 per week depending on the time of year.
• Bookings are for a minimum of a week Saturday to Saturday.
• The house will be available from 3.30pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 9.30am on day of departure.
• We can normally hold a provisional booking for up to 7 days to allow you to make travel arrangements before confirming.
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking with the balance due 4 weeks before start of holiday.
• Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full within 7 days of booking.
• If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of arrival, your deposit will be retained if a replacement booking cannot be made. If an alternative booking can be arranged, a 10% charge will be made to cover administration costs and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• All breakages must be paid for and reported to the owners.
• Payment should be made in advance by cheque.
• Please note that the house is strictly non-smoking.
• Sorry, but no pets.

Please note that the house is not suitable for wheelchair users as there is a small step at the front door.
